Andrea Kleibel has extensive experience in the arts and cultural management. For the past 25 years, she has been engaged in fostering the careers of internationally recognized musicians; has participated in the strategic development of cultural institutions, large and small, and has broad experience in arts education, music production and recording. She currently also serves on the board of the University of Applied Arts, Vienna.
In her early career, she served as Director of Artists and Repertoire at Sony Classical in New York, Hamburg and London, moved into artist management for Colbert Artists in New York , and later founded her own agency. In 2010 she worked in Salzburg as Managing Director of the Karajan Institute; then, from 2011 – 2015 she developed the highly complex communication and public reputation strategy as Vice Rector of the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
In her extensive portfolio, Ms Kleibel has created and supported innovative initiatives in digital music education, cross-disciplinary art forms and musical entrepreneurship. More specifically, she was involved in career management and production work for many renowned artists, including Yo-Yo Ma, Emanuel Ax, Jessye Norman, Kathleen Battle, Angelika Kirschlager, Gavriel Lipkind, Martin Kuuskmann, Marino Formenti and Bernard Klee. Additionally, she has worked with diverse production teams involving large events and presentations, as well as international audio- and film productions.
Dr. Michael Paul // Management Consultant
Dr. Michael Paul is founder and managing director of paul and collegen consulting. Dedicated to the organizational and strategic reorientation of companies, his main focus is culture and media, real estate, industrial and service companies, and associations. He also guides entrepreneurs in the search for investors and partners.
Dr. Paul is a Certified Valuation Analyst for company and brand evaluations, and a court-certified expert in the field of “company evaluation, business planning”. He is also a regular lecturer at the University of St. Gallen, and the author of numerous articles and books.
Katharina Sabetzer // Erzählbar
Katharina Sabetzer founded “Erzählbar” as an agency for strategic communication providing artists and entrepreneurs with communication skills required for self-marketing. She advises, inspires and supports artists and entrepreneurs in their search for the most effective communication. The focus of her work lies on the identification of an authentic narrative core within the mediating power of overall communication.
Katharina Sabetzer worked in communication management in the IT and healthcare sector and in innovation research before concentrating on the culture sector.
Jana Kristina Köck // Production Associate
Jana-Kristina Köck’s expertise lies in planning, realization, and structuring of cultural and music events of all scopes and dimensions. An open minded, well travelled and entrepreneurial professional, no creative idea is too unusual or extravagant for her to put into effect, or on stage. As such, she masters all required steps along the way: From preparing the first budgets, to artist and tech-support, recording management, and communication on all human levels and digital channels.
Before becoming an independent contractor, Ms Köck worked as Artistic Project – and Production Manager for the Bregenz Festival and Event Manager for the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. She holds a Masters Degree in Theatre, Film and Media Studies from the University of Vienna.
