„Culture is the opposite of provinciality –
the provinciality of the intellect,
and the provinciality of the heart.“
-Susan Sontag

The world of music and the arts follows its own set of rules.

It is international, its value is often immaterial, its constituents interdependent.

Horizon Arts is tried and tested in this field.
